H1B LUDs may be due to PIMS data collection, I heard most of the H1Bs approved after Jan 2004 had LUDs and the status did not change; and 140 could be a regular system touch.

I have a AP, used to have a Canadian visit visa which expired in Dec 2010.
I have traveled on AP via Dubai using United and did not have a issue.

Please remember to fill out the change of address form before you die, so that uscis can mail your GC to you without any further delays. They do provide expedited delivery of GC to those based in "hell". So please take care not to chose heaven (if it is an option).

In Ohio, they issue a DL for one year from the application for H1B extension if the H1B has not been approved yet. It might be the same case in NC as well - it might be worth checking.

Hello,
When I first took my medical tests for I-485 with a doctor, the doctor put an additional document stating that: "I have a positive PPD that was read as 9mm of induration. A NORMAL chest x-ray was read. The patient is refered to their PCP or County Health Department for evaluation and possible treatment with INH for 9 months".
Now I received the RFE from CIS asking for the following:
"The form I-693 submitted is hereby returned because you TB test results were not documented appropriately. Additional documentation submitted from Civil Surgeon indicates that you were possibly being refered to the County Health Department for evaluation and have received teh follow up treatment.
The I-693 form must be properly endorsed by Civil Surgeon to reflect the following:
-> The date you first refered to the local health dept for evaluation
-> Name and address of the health dept
-> results of the X-ray and other TB test
-> Based on which you are medically cleared for adjustment status
"
If anyone had similar experiences, please let me know how to proceed on this issue.
PS: I got very late appointment with County Health department, so If I go to a private TB specialist and If I take the results to the original doctor and can he able to update my I-693 based on the TB specialist results?
If I go on 9 month medication will CIS wait 9 months to further process my petition or hold my EAD status?
If I go to a new doctor and If he gives me a new set of medical results, will CIS overlook previous doctor's comments?
I dont have much time as I just had 20 days left to send back my results to CIS.

USCIS has recently published a new fact sheet of common questions and answers for members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families. The fact sheet is worth reading if you are in the Armed Forces because the answers to some of the questions are different (and usually more advantageous) to members and/or dependents of those in the Armed Forces. For instance, if you are a civilian, obtained your green card through a marriage to a U.S. Citizen and you have been married for less than two years, you must file Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=f858d59cb7a5d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCR D&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1 RCRD) to remove the conditional residence and obtain your permanent green card. 4) Once you get 3 year H1B extension i.e. after Jan08, there are legal ways to tranfer H1B to a new company for the remaining duration but this MUST be discussed throughly with an imigration lawyer as it can be risky and very case dependent.
Remember an employer might try to revoke the I140 in an effort to regain the underlying LC for some other employee, although a retro'ed EB3 might not be too juicy a carot for anyone nowadays.
This may not be that difficult as you sounded. My understanding (ofcourse I am not a lawyer got to this conclusion based on my reading various posts and lawyer responses to my own and other queries) is that once you get three year extension based on approved I140, you are good to transfer. What happens if the previous employer withdraws your approved I140 - thats a grey area but most people suggest that it does not affect "H1B" status; it might affect I485 (if its applied with I140 concurrently). To be in safe side after moving to the new company immediately apply PERM/I-140.
Also I think you can do the transfer before getting the extension, basically if you get an offer from a new employer you can apply for transfer+extension at the same time if you time it right.
Let me know if my understanding is not right above.
