Forgot/didn't know about A# mentioned on my I-140 approval and did not mention it on I-485 application/EAD/AP. will it be an issue??

when he used ac21, if he had done h1 trnasfer and started work after getting h1 receipt, then there is NO qn at all that he is OK. he can work at new plc, his GC keeps going fine.
but in his case, he jumped to EAD (lost his nonimmigrant status temporarily) and is trying to jump back to H1 status.
im not sure but i think u shud be OK.
- in one of rajiv khannas free conf call. one person had used ead/ac21 and had received "intent to deny 485". he was asking rajiv what shall i do if it gets denied?.
rajiv said, u can fight ur denial for sure, but immediately ask ur company to tranfer ur h1 based on reason that u have an approved 140. and once u get recept u can continue to work and stay here and fight the denial if it happens.

My OPT was ended on Dec 6th, 2008, I am a Ph.D graduate.
I got H1B approved (Company A - Technology Company - not software)from Oct 1st 2008 to august 1st 2011
I lost my job in September, 2008 and I moved to company B (Software), USCIS received my application at the end of October, 2008. It is still under process.
Recently in June, I moved to another job (Company C - non profit and very good institute). Now USCIS is aksing (I have time to provide this until July 20th) for paystubs in October to check my valid stay in US, which I do not have, I only had OPT Card and I20.
What is my Option now? Do they approve or ask me to go back to India and get stamped right away? or If they deny it now, what should I do? Please help me out. I paid $230 to sheila murthy before I got this job, she said they would either they approve, or they would ask me to get stamped by going India. Please help me out,

I just received a FP notice for my wife scheduled for Sep 19, 2007. I have not received mine yet (I am the primary applicant), I have a few questions regarding this. Please help me if you have any information.
1. Is it normal for the primary applicant to not receive FP notice at the same time as dependent?
2. Can my wife get it done without me getting an FP notice?
3. Can I get my FP done on the same day as my wife even though I did not receive my FP notice?
4. I have filed for I-485, EAD and AP, will we both receive an FP notice for all 3 applications or it is just one FP for all applications?
Please help us with your expertise. Thank you very much for all your time.

I just wanted to get an opinion of the gurus whether a person can deal with stock trading while on H1-B visa. Can someone point me to some documentation or laws on this? I plan to open an account with e-trade/scott trade .... Your comments are appreciated.

I received CPO email's for me and my son. My wife's online status is unchanged (no emails yet...). We have not received the Welcome email yet....

I received an approval notification through the CRIS system of USCIS. Almost everyone who I saw got approved got a CPO and welcome message email. Don't know what to make out of it...my lawyer is also mum on the issue.
Here is the content:

People who want to contribute money will always do. You may get a few people to donate because of the "Donor" status, but most I feel want to contribute because they care.
Please allow me to turn around that question and pose it back to you - so how do we keep and attract people to volunteer (for all the wonderful things that I mentioned in my post)?
All I am saying is that this approach could hurt more than it may help.
So what do you suggest as the alternate to get the needed fund...?

Has anyone in this forum tried to apply for teacher certification while on H4 status?
If so how did you finance your teacher preparation program fees?
Are we eligible for any loan while on H4 status or is a Visa status change to F1 required for loan eligibility?

Some lawyers ask for bank statement and w2s and file I 864 with GC to show proof that you can support your dependents(if you have any). Ideally I 864 is only required when you file Family based GC.
Some other lawyers similarly ask for I 134 and bank statement to show that you can support dependents. Again this is NOT REQUIRED.
There is no clarity on what should be done. Each lawyer has his/her own style of filing 485 so if your lawyer asked for it, provide it. If not, don't bother. I know of people filing with and without 864 or 134 and still getting approved.

Most companies and Financial sector in particular check the credit History.Dont you worry on a 30 day late payment 2 years back .They wont be so mean i guess. But filing for Bankrupcy or a History of late payments would raise a red Flag.
